As we make our way to the first brewery, we’ll pass by your guide’s favorite beer shop to find out how familiar you are with the Belgian and local beer portfolio. Our first stop will be at our hidden gem inspired with medieval atmosphere. Here, sample your first beer and exchange thoughts on the flavor and notes and soak up the convivial spirit as you chat to your group. If you don’t know the difference between an ale and a lager, listen carefully cause your guide is about to share the secrets of the brewing process. At every venue, we’ll surprise you by combining our beers with some local food to make sure you enjoy the full Belgian beer-and-food experience. So now it’s time to enjoy that delicious Brussels’ chocolate your guide has put on the table for you. It’s time to move on to another lively beer spot. The knowledge of Liselot is more than only about beers: as a proud citizen, she’ll share fascinating novels about Brussels Belfry, Manneken Pis and the historical Pelgrim church. Your sightseeing will be completed with a walking encyclopedia. At our second location, we’ll discover more different styles and further explore the world-famous Belgian brew portfolio. By tasting the very ingredients that make up the brewing process, you’ll feel like you’re visiting a brewery and you’ll get a sense of what makes a beer sour, sweet or bitter. Now, have you ever tried unique Belgian types like Trappists and our local Brussels brews? Make sure your taste buds are ready cause you are about to be introduced to the widest range of Belgian beers you have ever seen in just one bar. This visit will be completed with another surprising local food pairing. For our second promenade, Liselot demonstrates how Brussels got this fertiled environment to make Lambic beers. Only a few metres further, you’ll hear more history of the old city wall and a recognised statue. Last but not least, at your 3rd location you’ ll be introduced to the upscaling local craft beer market and will get the chance to try an exclusive beer you can only find in this town. Have you found your new favourite beer? Explore variants of it and make the most of these last moments together!
