Since the first day of the pandemic which began in March 2020, a collective of directors and health workers from Brussels and Wallonia have been having online conversations, recorded on Skype. These health workers – weakened by the pandemic – share their practice, knowledge, and vocation. Friendships and bonds of trust are built between the directors and the workers.
