The Halles will take you on a journey through the history of the Place Saint-Géry, the place where Brussels supposedly arose. We relate the story of the small settlement on the banks of the Senne that grew out to be one of the most multicultural cities in the world. The history of the square allows us to talk about the Senne and its covering, the French revolution, the great Brussels painters, or old crafts, whilst also sharing the stories of legendary characters and showing you a hidden Brussels gem.
