The Wikifin Lab is an interactive, digital financial education centre in which visitors experience various financial situations that arise in daily life. The visit, which lasts about 2 hours 45 minutes, involves both games played individually and others played in small groups. An educator accompanies the group and wraps up each part of the visit with discussions intended to develop a critical attitude and to reinforce the knowledge gained. Throughout the visit, the students receive keys to help them answer questions about money: •How and why am I influenced in my consumption? •Am I prepared to take risks with my savings? •What are the consequences of my choices for the environment and society? •How can I keep my budget balanced? The Wikifin Lab is aimed at secondary school students. The visits are free but available upon reservation only. The Wikifin Lab was developed jointly with teachers and university researchers as well as with experts on behavioural economics and gaming.
