In order to carry out its objectives of promoting reading, the Riches Claires Library of Brussels, which is also the (primarily French-language) Central Library for the Brussels-Capital Region, organises events, exhibitions and conferences, and ensures the communication and enhancement of the Brussels-Capital Region’s network of public libraries.
