Over a weekend or even a day, departing from Brussels, let yourself be guided by our zythologue (connoisseur of beer) on a voyage of discovery of brewing and culinary heritage and Belgian history.
Typical trip route (modular offer):
Saturday morning: visit to the Cantillon brewery in Brussels, followed by gastronomic delights during a meal around a table specializing in cooking with beer and beer pairings in the center of Brussels.
Saturday afternoon: trip to Gaume in region of Florenville-Orval, overnight hospitality and lodging in a gite which specializes in professional tasting on site.
Sunday: visit a traditional microbrewery of the region, and tasting of local brews; visit the abbey of Orval and its ruins followed the feast of traditional cuisine from the Gaume region; return to Brussels for 6pm.
Over the course of time this offer will evolve to include other Belgian regions.
