We're a blend of urban agriculture, circular economy and exotic flavours.
We collect beer waste from belgian breweries to produce exotic mushrooms in the heart of the city. We also grow young herbs and microgreens with vertical farming techniques.
Located in the famous Cellar of Cureghem in Brussels, our 3000 m2 underground farm produces mushrooms and microgreens locally during the whole year. On top of that, we bike the city every day to deliver our products to our local customers.
Each year, we welcome more than 3.000 visitors, from schools to companies to vertical farming enthusiasts. During a 90 minutes tour, you'll be amazed by the biggest underground farm of Belgium.
