The Loft is a bright open space of 200m² (10m x 20m), situated on the second floor above restaurant la Manufacture, with an industrial look, plenty of daylight, modern furniture, high-tech audiovisual material, an open-plan kitchen, a furnished terrace (50m²), a separate meeting-room (35m²) and a backstage area (35m²). The Loft is available for business or private events; confidential meetings, seminars, press conferences, fashion shows, art exhibitions, shootings, cocktails… In the Loft we can serve a seated informal lunch or dinner for maximum 30 people and cocktails, walking dinners or buffets for larger groups. A gastronomical meal, before or after your event, can be organized in the restaurant on the ground floor. You’re free to organize the catering in the Loft yourself; the oven, fridge and dish-washer are at your disposal. Your caterer can bring his own material but renting our napping, glasses, dishes and cutlery is also possible.
