Saint-Gilles. Anaïs and Arth launched the Smala adventure with their catering service Smala Cooking. In 2018, Zofia joined the team and started a market gardening activity in Anderlecht. In 2022, the Smala restaurant opened a stone's throw from the Halle gate, with Arth as head chef. The restaurant offers ultra local (and dare we say gastronomic) cuisine "from field to plate" with vegetables from the Anderlecht farm.
