The ASBL Brussels Art Square was created in 2005 by five leading Belgian antique dealers with the aim of protecting and promoting the international reputation of the Place des Sablons and its surrounding streets as a unique art and antiques district in the city. This perception has suffered somewhat in recent years as more and more commercial and retail outlets have moved into the area. Until now, the association's remit has consisted primarily of organising an annual invitation-only gala evening. This site has been created both to make our activities better known to a wider public and to give our members an additional forum to publicise their projects and events.
