Two actions are responsible for the majority of the destination's CO2 emissions, namely:

·         the arrival of tourists from outside Europe who emit the most by coming to Brussels by plane (USA, Brazil, India, China, Mexico, etc.). Transportation to the destination therefore has the greatest impact on total emissions (94%).

·         once arrived, it is clear that accommodation emits the most (78%).
