The Global Destination Sustainability Index is the leading sustainability assessment and improvement programme for destinations around the world. It uses 70 indicators that assess the sustainability performance of destinations in four key areas: environmental performance, social performance, supplier performance and DMO performance. These are aligned with the 2030 Agenda and integrate the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
