How can I publish my activity on the visit.brussels website, or update information?

Please get in touch with the corresponding contact person from the answer above.

Which subsidising bodies should I contact to finance my project in the Brussels-Capital Region?

As visit.brussels is not a subsidising body, we advise you to contact the various bodies that may be able to support you financially. You can start by contacting the Brussels-Capital Region ("Image de Bruxelles" department), or the COCOF or CFWB ("culture" or "promotion de Bruxelles" departments). The VGC and the Vlaamse Overheid are also at your disposal. The culture department of each of Brussels' 19 communes is also an excellent point of contact.

I'm organising an event in the public space or in a park in Brussels. Who can I contact to obtain authorisation?

If your activity takes place in the City of Brussels (1000 postcode), you'll find all the information you need on this website. Most green spaces are managed by Bruxelles-Environnement. For film shoots, please contact the Film Commission. Each of Brussels' 19 communes also has its own system for requesting authorisation for events in public spaces. You should, therefore, contact the appropriate department of each commune.

I'm organising an event which is open to the public. How can I promote it?

Agenda by visit.brussels is the capital's essential events calendar, consulted by millions of visitors every year and used by a large number of other cultural communication media. Upload your cultural or tourist event here or contact us by sending an email to partner.services@visit.brussels to find out more about the agenda by visit.brussels and the support provided to organisers of cultural and tourist events.

For even more visibility and sales, you can also take advantage of our three ticketing platforms.

What are the advantages of selling my tickets via the visit.brussels website?

As part of its mission to support culture, visit.brussels is making its ticketing platforms available to you: ‘ticketing.brussels’, ‘classic’ ticketing and ‘last minute’ ticketing.

The ticketing.brussels online catalogue brings together the region's cultural and tourist offering, giving you greater visibility with a local and international audience. By using the platforms, you can increase your sales and reach an audience you might not otherwise have reached. You'll also benefit from financed, targeted promotional campaigns and simplified management of financial transactions. What's more, your unsold goods can be offered as Last-Minute Tickets, giving the public an immediate 50% discount on the same day to maximise your sales. Finally, if you don't have a traditional ticket office, we can offer you our easy-to-use, efficient and affordable booking system. You'll find all the information you need on this page.

I can no longer log in to the organiser's area to put new tickets on sale. How can I connect?

Contact the ticketing team by email at partner@visit.brussels.
