As its name suggests, the aim of the Brussels Quality Academy is to help the sector deliver quality services by offering training modules on what Brussels has to offer, its heritage and its events, through co-creation workshops, information and inspiration sessions and tools developed by visit.brussels. The tourist experience in Brussels concerns us all. Participating in these programmes demonstrates that you are a proud promoter and supporter of the region.
Two distinct training programmes are offered: the Brussels Discoveries, aimed at all tourism stakeholders, and the Brussels Expert programme, aimed at tourist accommodation providers. Major partner events are also organised on an annual basis.
visit.brussels is offering partners the opportunity to attend visitor reception training courses at its Brussels Quality Academy
Brussels Discoveries
The sessions are held periodically and focus on a particular theme of tourism in Brussels, or a visit to a place, a new exhibition, etc...
The agenda is subject to change, depending on current events and visit.brussels' action plans. If you are a Brussels professional dealing with tourists, you are more than welcome to take part!
Subscribe to the newsletters of visit.brussels’ partners and select Quality Academy to receive upcoming invitations.
Brussels Expert
This programme is designed exclusively for tourist accommodation providers. As the name suggests, these training modules are designed to provide receptionists and concierges with the expertise and tools they need to provide quality information about the destination. Reception in the tourism industry plays a vital role, providing tourists with services that exceed their expectations.
