The Ecodynamic Organisation Label is an official and free recognition granted by the Brussels-Capital Region and managed by Brussels Environment. It supports companies, associations and institutions based in the Brussels-Capital Region in their transition towards more environmentally friendly practices.
Objectives
The Label rewards environmental initiatives and offers a wide range of practical actions tailored to each organisation, to help optimise management in seven key areas: energy, green spaces, mobility, purchasing, finance, water and waste.
These actions are simplified and sector-specific, enabling you to progress at your own pace towards more sustainable management.
Organisations also benefit from dedicated support to implement these sustainable solutions.
In short, the Ecodynamic Organisation Label reflects an ambitious vision: making the Brussels-Capital Region a model of economic and environmental sustainability.

There are no minimum size or surface requirements. Certification is granted per site of activity. Organisations with several sites may apply for a label for each of them.
What is a site of activity?
A site of activity refers to a location where an organisation operates and has management responsibility for its products or services. It may consist of:
• An entire building occupied by the organisation.
• A floor or a space within a larger building.
• Several buildings located at the same address or within the same premises.
A sector-specific approach tailored to your site of activity
Every organisation is unique – and the Ecodynamic Organisation Label recognises this. In addition to general best practices, the catalogue also includes sector-specific measures for several industries, such as performing arts venues, healthcare facilities, sports centres, retail businesses, and construction companies and professionals.
