Winners are selected by the general public as well as a jury composed of professionals from the culture and tourism sectors, the press, and academia.

This year, several categories have been adapted and renewed to better align with smart tourism objectives, the region’s international city marketing values, and environmental concerns.

Initially, the public will vote to elect the top five projects in each category. A jury comprising members from various professional associations in the tourism and cultural sectors, the press, and academia will then select the winners from the finalists of the 2025 edition, founding their choice on seven criteria:

• originality,
• innovation,
• success, 
• inclusivity,
• client centricity,
• sustainability (ecological and social), 
• The efforts to make the project accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
