Factory Forty is a venue for professional events and meetings, as well as a company domiciliation provider, located in Forest, just minutes from Brussels-Midi station and the Ring. Its bright 1,200 m² building, designed almost 40 years ago, houses seven rooms from 16 to 250 m² and a garden, for groups of 2 to 150 seated guests and up to 200 standing. Meetings, seminars, training sessions, conferences, general assemblies or receptions: the rooms are filled with natural light and combine vintage furniture with modern equipment. During breaks, guests can enjoy the veranda and a real garden in the city, with a vegetable patch, a water lily pond, a Japanese-style garden and hens. Factory Forty also offers registered office domiciliation. For more than 10 years, the venue has supported companies and self-employed professionals looking to establish their official address in Brussels. Approved by the FPS Economy as a domiciliation service provider, it offers a professional address in a welcoming setting, careful mail handling and in-person and phone reception. A simple formula with no hidden costs, at €70 excl. VAT per month. Private offices for 2 to 6 people are also available, located upstairs in a separate wing, with free parking and garden access.
