125 sqm of event space with its own entrance at Tour & Taxis Opened in 2024 inside the historic Royal Depot, on the landmark Tour & Taxis site, L’Annexe is a 125 sqm event space spread over two floors. It has its own entrance, a bar and an open professional kitchen. Exposed brick, overhead light and a loft feel: a venue designed for formats where a large hall would be out of proportion. Meeting, presentation, screening, team lunch, private dinner, birthday, reception or corporate evening: the venue holds 80 guests for a seated meal, 120 for a standing reception, 60 for a dinner followed by dancing, and 40 in meeting layout with two screens, two projectors, a wireless microphone and a lectern. Sound and lighting are included in the hire. The independent entrance allows genuine private hire, with no access through the neighbouring restaurant. Catering is handled on site by the La Fabbrica brigade, with several menu and drinks packages and vegetarian, vegan and halal options on request. Our account manager guides you from the first enquiry to the day itself. For larger formats, L’Annexe combines with La Fabbrica, in the same building, and together they host more than 300 guests. That complementarity allows an event to unfold in stages: a meeting or screening at L’Annexe, followed by a cocktail or party at La Fabbrica.
