    Located on Place Royale in the historic centre of Brussels, the BIP Meeting Center – House of the Capital Region – offers a unique and prestigious setting for organising your events.

    Receptions, seminars, meetings or press conferences take place there in a historic building from 1788 in neoclassical architecture, which has been completely restored. Take a look at the various rooms and catering options, download the brochure and contact us for advice or to get a free quote.

    BIP Meeting Center has several rooms equipped with multimedia and has capacity for up to 250 people.

    Floor plan

    The BIP Meeting Center has three floors. On the ground floor, you will find the inner courtyard, reception, the Salle de guichets room and the Agora and Brel rooms. On the second floor are the Speculoos, Atomium, Iris and Horta rooms. On the second and final floor are the Zinneke, Magritte and Delvaux rooms.

    Accessibility

    Due to its central location in the heart of Brussels, the BIP Meeting Center is easily accessible by public transport and bicycle. You can safely park your car in one of the car parks nearby. Loading and unloading before and after your event can take place in the courtyard upon request.

    The BIP Meeting Center has been awarded the Brussels Health Safety Label, which informs and reassures visitors about the measures taken by the various Brussels locations they plan to visit and ensures compliance with the mandatory rules in place for each specific sector.
