Practical information

The central location, the accessibility, the historic building equipped with the latest gadgets for the smooth running of your event – these are just some of the assets of the BIP Meeting Center. View the floor plan and general rental conditions or reach out to us with all your practical questions.

The BIP Meeting Center has three floors. On the ground floor, you will find the inner courtyard, reception, the Salle de guichets room and the Agora and Brel rooms. On the second floor are the Speculoos, Atomium, Iris and Horta rooms. On the second and final floor are the Zinneke, Magritte and Delvaux rooms.

Thanks to its central location in the heart of Brussels, the BIP Meeting Centre is easily accessible by bicycle and public transport. It's a 5-minute walk from Brussels Central Station and is served by several bus, tram and metro lines. Plan your journey using the STIB route planner or download the app! A Villo! self-service bike hire station is just a few steps away! You can also park your bike in our bike park in our courtyard.
