Grand Hospice
A mix of the "pop-up bar and lanterns" spirit, a trendy bar and an urban oasis, the Grand Hospice is one of those new hybrid places that we really love and that make the city more vibrant. The gardens of the former Pacheco Institute, a neoclassical complex with beautiful colonnades and a listed interior park, have become a meeting point for a wide range of social and cultural activities. Chat while having a drink, play pétanque with friends, take a relaxing yoga class or enjoy a healthy break in the countryside, this garden, which is in bloom in the summer and decorated with festive lights in winter, is a must-go!

Gare Maritime - Tour & Taxis
The Gare Maritime - From industrial freight station to energy neutral urban jungle!
It is the perfect setting for innovative cultural events, film or photo shoots, trade shows, fairs, product launches or promotions.
The historic station concourse that was part of the Gare Maritime has been transformed into an indoor city with its own food hall (coming September 2021), exclusive shops and offices. Countless unique and inspiring areas and warm, wooden structures alternate in this building complex. It is perfectly suited to accommodate both small and major events. The monumental nave is a true architectural eye-catcher, bathed in indirect sunlight and providing ample space for well-attended indoor activities.
Any event in the Gare Maritime is a green event. Sustainability has been key during the renovation works. The building generates its own energy from renewable sources, using geothermics and solar panels. The green boulevards on either side of the nave are lined with themed gardens and tall trees, as if the adjacent park found its way inside.
The Gare Maritime is a unique place - attractive, innovative and ambitious.

Cloud Seven - Frédéric de Goldschmidt Collection
Cloud Seven is a coworking, exhibition and residential hub located in downtown Brussels’ fashion and design district. The space spans over seven floors and 1,500 square meters, and provides a coworking facility with a bar, meeting rooms, a multimedia room, a wellness center, exhibition spaces, a diverse cultural program, and private apartments for rental. Cloud Seven's aim is to bring a diverse and dynamic group of creative individuals together within a space that propels art into the office and home, and to inspire a culture that encourages collaboration.
Cloud Seven is home to the Frédéric de Goldschmidt collection, which consists mostly of works by emerging artists in dialogue with pieces from historical movements in the 1960s and 70s including the Zero Group, Arte Povera, conceptual and minimal art. On one hand, many works in the collection explore reduced aesthetics with a great sensitivity to humble materials. On the other hand, a distinctive set of sober, geometric and monochromatic abstraction, such as the grid, are present. Themes of delegation, process, chance, combinatory, poetic language that critically describe the oddities in the world are considered in a large portion of the collection.
