Brussels-Central

Right in the city, right in the heart of the action. Brussels-Central station is a critical link on the North-South rail line. Every train on that route stops here, with the exception of highspeed services. Step off the platform and you’re in the pulsating heart of the capital. Within minutes on foot, you're at the Grand-Place, the Royal Quarter, Brussels Park or the Marolles.

Did you know the area around Brussels-Central was the city’s first business district? After the North-South connection was built, a maze of streets gave way to modern office buildings. Architect Alexis Dumont – also responsible for the old Citroën garage where the Kanal-Centre Pompidou will soon open – reimagined the area. First with the iconic Shell building and later the Ravenstein Gallery. Together they account for around 50,000m² of office space, ultramodern for their time. Today, the district still breathes business—just in a contemporary style.

This modernist heritage building by Dumont – the former Shell building on rue Ravenstein – continues to host business events. Sparks Meeting transformed it into a bustling venue with 2,500m² of meeting space spread across 12 themed rooms – everything you need to boost your meeting. Each room is modular, well thought out and fully inclusive.

Authentic features like the polished travertine entrance hall, the shell sign on the corner facade and Olivier Strebelle’s flowermosaic have been preserved and are seamlessly integrated with bold, modern design.

Feel free to call the infrastructure state-of-the-art. The same goes for the food: healthy lunches, energy boosts and a catering team that works with you. Not just a run-of-the-mill meeting venue, this is a strategic choice for those who want to impress. Right opposite Brussels-Central station.
