At visit.brussels, we believe in a partnership built on trust and open dialogue. In the case of repeated breaches of this charter’s principles, our shared values, or – where applicable – the commitments within the Commercial Action Plan, we will always reach out to you first to explore how the situation can be improved. If the issues persist despite our support, visit.brussels may reassess the partnership and, if necessary, suspend it.

This may include the removal of your presence on our website and communication platforms and the withdrawal of any support offered through visit.brussels. Our goal remains to work with you constructively, in the interest of the wider network.
