easy.brussels runs the "Brussels Youth to Digital" project, which aims to educate young people (18 to 25 years old) about basic administrative procedures (their initial dealings with public authorities). It does so by explaining the various tools and channels (virtual counters, itsme, eBox, etc.) available to them when dealing with public authorities digitally. easy.brussels also informs people about Digital Public Spaces (places where they can get help with any digital procedure).
At Digital Spring, you can receive a comprehensive explanation of the digital tools at your disposal and complete a survey to help consolidate easy.brussels' actions. Anyone who participates in the survey will receive an "easy.brussels" goodie bag!
