Two interesting murals. At the entrance to the station, you will see ‘Brussels World City’, one of the ‘MIXITY Walls’ (created during the 2017 diversity year), stencilled by Samuel Idmtal, a Belgian street art artist. The mural pays tribute to foreign artists who have settled in Belgium, either willingly or because they fled their country. The central character is an artist from Azerbaijan who fled to Belgium because of religious persecution. The passage under the railway tracks is decorated with another collective fresco by three young artists from Brussels, Diko, Roubens and Iota.
