The cuisine at Brut en Ville is both gastronomic and organic. Most of the ingredients come from our permaculture vegetable garden. The work is carried out in collaboration with passionate partners, craftsmen and local producers. An extensive list of drinks and natural wines is also available to accompany the dishes
