"In a quiet area of Brussels, well served by shops and public transport, this duplex with garden and parking is ideal for a week of discovery or a business trip. Bright, comfortable and well equipped, it is a stone's throw from Place Keym (shops, restaurants, culture) and transport (bus 17, 41, 95, N08, Watermael train station). The center is less than 20 minutes away. ------------------------------------- Camille is our main living space which we rent out through AirBNB when we are not there ourselves. This explains the particularly complete equipment of this accommodation. Camille is a “beautiful flor” house with a characteristic Brussels facade. A personal parking space is dedicated to you, in front of the house. Access to the accommodation is managed by code locks. However, we are happy to welcome travelers ourselves. After the entrance hall, a staircase takes you to the first floor of the “Camille” duplex. This has a spacious, open and bright living room, completely renovated. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (fridge and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, traditional and microwave ovens, blender, electric and Nespresso coffee maker, iron, etc.), all utensils and ingredients. useful (salt/pepper/spices/oil/vinegar/etc.). The open space also offers a dining room, a smart TV lounge (with multiple channels, PrimeVideo). The open fire/cassette in the living room guarantees a warm and cozy atmosphere during winter days. A second living room, including a hammock, opens onto the terrace and the garden, not overlooked. A garden table with chairs and two Lafuma deckchairs are at your disposal (on request from April to October), as well as a Tuozi stone barbecue and charcoal. A designer staircase takes you upstairs to a large landing overlooking a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a double sink and a WC, a bedroom with a queen size bed (180 cm) and a second with a space connected workstation (Ethernet). If the number of people is more than 2 or on request with a small supplement, a second double bed can be prepared (160 cm). Sheets, bath towels (Zavara de La Redoute, 600gr/m²), hairdryer, shower gel and hydroalcoholic gel are available. A second independent WC is located on the same floor. The house is partly automated (which can be disconnected if desired), equipped with fast WIFI, 2 BOSE stations and a Spotify subscription.
