In this neighbourhood, like a hamlet sandwiched between the large avenues, there are many murals. There’s also lots of street art, with a homage to the Red Cross by artist Nean and the mural by Canadian artist Danaé Brissonet at the entrance to the little Cœurs de Bois theatre. The comic strip King of the Flies by Mezzo depicts a sad-looking yeti, a homage to Hergé. Martine’s dog, Patapouf is a far cry from the yeti. Finally, there’s a mural by Jouvray, depicting cowboy Lincoln who’s afraid of nothing, except Martine perhaps.
