Location is ideal, in nice place of bars & well connected to public transport, metro Montgomery 2 minutes walk. The space Location is just perfect, neighborhood is central, well connected and safe; many things to do and activities around but the spot itself is very quiet; you will be in of the the nicest area of Brussels; I can give advice, welcome and all additional facilities you might need as we live in the lower part of the house and tips for visiting Brussels or Belgium.
