L'architecture qui dégenre asbl is a space for sharing practices and knowledge relating to architectural, artistic and urban equality. The association is behind the first Journées du Matrimoine (Heritage Days) in Belgium (since 2019) and the Saison Matrimoine (Heritage Season) (since 2021), and has compiled a rich catalogue of guided feminist tours in Brussels. Its team of architects and tour guides creates and organises tours, conferences, training courses and workshops. The Journées du Matrimoine (Heritage Days) highlight Brussels' historical heritage - architectural, sculptural, urban planning and social. The Journées are also an opportunity to discover contemporary heritage - artistic, political and feminist. The Matrimoine Season is an annual programme organised to complement the Journées du Matrimoine, with around thirty dates on the programme: guided tours, workshops, exhibitions, youth activities, conferences, etc. There's more than ever 100% feminist, 100% Brussels-based and 100% free content to discover our matrimonial heritage. Alongside the guided tours given during the Journées and the Saison Matrimoine, L'architecture qui dégenre has developed its catalogue of feminist guided tours for institutions, schools, companies, associations and other groups looking for a private visit. Ideal for team building, a school outing or a birthday party with friends!
