350 sqm of event space at the heart of Tour & Taxis Inside the historic Royal Depot, on the landmark Tour & Taxis site, La Fabbrica offers 350 sqm for your professional events. The space is made up of several interconnected areas — a ground floor, a stage area, a mezzanine — together with an indoor terrace beneath the glass roof, filled with natural light, and a large outdoor terrace. That flexibility suits every format: meeting, presentation, screening, walking dinner, seated dinner, cocktail or dancing party. The venue holds 160 guests for a seated meal — 210 from 15 May to 15 September —, 300 for a walking dinner and 450 for a standing reception. Sound, stage lighting and the control booth are included in the hire. Catering is handled in house by the restaurant brigade, with no external caterer imposed, and several menu and drinks packages to choose from. Vegetarian, vegan and halal options are available on request, including at large formats. Our account manager guides you from the first enquiry to the day itself. Two things make the difference for organisers coming from abroad: coach parking on the site itself, a rarity in Brussels and secured on request, and direct access from the ring roads without crossing the city centre.
