A washer and dryer are available. Breakfast is included. The price includes the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night. The space The property is located in the Art Deco and lively area of St Gilles, 10 minutes from Gare du Midi and 20 minutes from the city centre, and is extremely well connected by trams (n. 4 and n. 10) and buses.
