Les Bains de Saint-Josse is one of the most beautiful swimming pools in the Brussels-Capital Region. An Art Deco gem inaugurated in 1933, at the time, there was a great concern for hygiene, particularly among the working classes. The decor worthy of the great bourgeoisie was meant to encourage them to use the pool. Individual bathrooms and showers were also installed to compensate for the lack of sanitary facilities among the working-class population. Grab your towel and have a swim while admiring this impressive interior. Not a fan of swimming? Then enjoy the beautiful facade.
