Symbiose was a mother and son's dream to create an organic covered market selling local produce in bulk. It is sometimes complicated to know what to buy, even in organic shops, what with exotic items and sometimes overpackaged ones... Here, not to worry, they have already sorted it out for you. They travelled across Belgium to find the best organic producers and then negotiated prices with them for bulk purchases. It is thanks to this that Symbiose is able to offer organic produce at competitive prices.
