The 43 houses of this small garden city were designed by architect Paul Robberechts on behalf of the Foyer Laekenois in 1922. The houses are in groups of 4 or 5, which gives them the appearance of large individual houses. When you visit the site, you’ll notice the very pointed roofs and the very dominant reddish-orange colour of the buildings. They are often arranged around courtyards accessed through an archway linking two houses or through a passageway. The vegetation is still abundant! The garden city was renovated after 2004.
