About the artwork: Colours of Culture
The Goethe-Institut Brussels presents Colours of Culture, an installation by Magic Monkey. Its 14 colourful windows represent the diverse, inclusive and democratic communities that the institute wishes to foster through cultural and educational work. The illuminated facade of the building at number 58 rue Belliard invites passers-by to discover the Goethe-Institut's offerings, as well as the exhibitions in its entrance hall.
About the artist: Magic Monkey
Born in 1995, Magic Monkey is a major international player in urban and architectural lighting as well as video design. The company transforms architecture and environments into monumental and interactive communication platforms, fostering public engagement and emotional exchange.
