To celebrate its 10th anniversary, Bright Brussels Festival is honouring the famous shrimp croquette with the brand new Bright Brussels Croquette Feest powered by èggo! This mini-festival gives you the opportunity to savour a jewel of our culinary heritage. Brussels chefs will be on hand to offer you delicious versions: classic (with shrimp or cheese), original (a new recipe) or alternative (vegetarian, etc.). There's something for every foodie!
