Brussels Centre Alex Cardoso made a name for himself at "Caves d'Alex", with a chic brasserie cuisine focused on high quality meats. Les Caves continues along its path in Ixelles, with an ever more gastronomic ambition, while its second branch, La Brasserie des Alexiens, offers Belgian-French cuisine.  'Américain préparé' (Belgian-style steak tartare), beef tongue with Madeira sauce, kidneys with Liège sauce and shrimp croquettes: each dish is prepared with generosity and served in a friendly atmosphere.
