Gioia

Etterbeek, European Quarter. Gioia, run by a duo of women from a family that has long kept Italian gastronomy alive in Brussels, offers a contemporary take on Italian cuisine, combining terroir and gastronomy. You're greeted at the entrance by a "sfoglina" who makes fresh pasta with gusto. Chef Fabio Maurizi is at the helm in the kitchen. Everything is homemade with great generosity and attention to detail. It's a beautiful spot.
