Mazette

Brussels. Mazette is located on the place du Jeu de Balle, in the former Skieven Architek. This cooperative cafe-brewery combines its production of sourdough breads, baked in a wood-fired oven, with tasty seasonal cuisine, beers brewed on-site and served straight from the tank and a range of non-alcoholic drinks. All this can be shared in a modern take on the typical Brussels zwanze spirit. It's a concept dreamed up by four young enthusiasts which exudes authenticity and the circular economy.
