How much does a guided tour cost for an individual?

The average price varies depending on the type of tour:

  • Walking tour: ±€12
  • Bike tour:± €20
  • Bus tour: ± €32
  • Combined tour with entrance to the museum: +- 40€

How can I book a guided tour for an individual?

To book your tour, click on “Book now with Box-Office” for tours on sale or contact the organisation in question directly.

In which languages are guided tours conducted?

The guided tours for individuals are conducted in English, Dutch, French or Spanish, depending on the organisation.

Can I sign up for a guided tour at the last minute?

There are regular tours for individuals that leave from the Grand Place [Market square] at several times during the day.  It is always better to book ahead of time, but it’s worth going to the meeting point to see whether there are any places left. 

What should I do if I want to cancel my visit?

Notify the organisation with which you booked as soon as possible.  Each organisation has its own conditions of cancellation.

What should I do if I arrive late to the meeting place for the tour?

How can I find the guide whom I booked for a tour?

The meeting point will be specified.  Most guides have a distinctive sign (badge, umbrella, scarf, etc.).

Can I shorten my guided tour?

You must arrange for that with the organisation in question and inform the guide once on location.

What happens if it rains?

The tour will go through.  Our guides are accustomed to the Belgian climate.  Please bring suitable clothing.  In the event of foul weather, the organisation may cancel the tour.
