Brussels has a new exclusive attraction. Chaga’s name refers to a very healthy mushroom that combines ruggedness and sophistication… as does the prestigious decor of the restaurant on the top floor of luxury hotel Faubourg 21 on boulevard Marnix. Chef Kevin Lejeune of the former Michelin-starred restaurant La Canne en Ville cooks everything over a charcoal fire with his robata, a traditional Japanese barbecue. The resulting gastronomic delights are incredible and can be savoured with a stunning view of the Royal Palace.
